As a Partner at the Stuttgart office, Harald Weiß is responsible for the development of the Corporate Finance & Advisory Services department, with Transaction Services forming the core of his work. Before Harald Weiß joined Grant Thornton Germany he worked for one of the "big four" companies in Stuttgart. Harald Weiß is German Public Auditor and Tax Advisor. He has many years of experience in advising medium-sized businesses and German and international groups of companies on M&A transactions. His advisory expertise is concentrated on conducting due diligence projects and business restructurings in the process of corporate purchase and sales as well as carve out transactions.
