Matthias Brust is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton's Deal Advisory team in Frankfurt with focus on financial due diligence.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he worked for the transaction advisory teams of Duff & Phelps and EY and as an M&A project manager for a large German retail group. Mr. Brust has more than 10 years of professional experience in the M&A environment and has supported leading international and medium-sized companies as well as financial investors in transactions during his career.
