Marco Wagner is Partner and lawyer with Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf office. He advises SMEs, shareholders and directors in particular on questions of commercial and company law, directors' and officers' liability (D&DO) and corporate transactions (M&A). Marco Wagner also has a wide-ranging expertise in the field of corporate and commercial litigation, e.g. in connection with complex shareholder disputes, post-M&A disputes, and disputes related to commercial and distribution law. Marco Wagner represents clients both before state courts and before courts of arbitration. Before he joined Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, he worked both for national and international corporate law firms in the fields of corporate law and litigation.
