Prof. Dr. Jonas is a member of Corporate Finance & Advisory Services management team. Since 7 October 2019 he has been deputy chairman of the supervisory board of our company. The central part of his work is corporate finance projects, particularly in connection with company takeovers and restructuring. He has around 25 years of cross-industry experience in advising and auditing in corporate transactions of both medium-sized and large listed companies and is one of the best-known specialists in legally required valuations and expert opinions. Prof. Dr. Jonas is an honorary professor at the University of Cologne and the author of numerous expert opinions and publications on the subject of company valuations.
