Dr. Lüder Kurz has extensive experience in the auditing and advising small, medium-sized, and large partnerships and corporations, and listed entities on accounting-related matters. Dr. Lüder Kurz is part of our Accounting and Audit department for listed entities at our location in Dusseldorf. He cooperates in the audit of annual financial statements according to German GAAP and IFRS. In addition, Dr. Lüder Kurz assists in valuations in the context of purchase price allocations on a regular basis.
