Matthias Koch joined Grant Thornton AG in 2011. His work covers primarily auditing and advising medium-sized businesses with international activities, these include both German group parents with foreign subsidiaries and the reporting of German subsidiaries or subgroups of foreign listed companies. In addition to auditing the separate financial statements, he also is responsible for the coordination and performance of group audits both in conformity with German GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS).
