Experience

Cornelia von Oertzen is Audit Partner at the Hamburg office. Her main fields of expertise are auditing and advising SMEs, including listed companies. She audits separate and consolidated financial statements prepared according to German GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. As a member of the IFRS expert group of Warth & Klein she is available for answering IFRS questions of any kind. She lectures on these topics, for example at the IDW or for various clients. Her industry expertise includes industries such as plant engineering and construction, retail, software, gaming business and real estate.
